These underground caverns are where you end up after taking the portal from Curst. There's a few hostiles down there, a hermit priest and a group of Baatezu who I never learned the point of. Most of this part is spent fighting the hostiles before I move onto the next area.

FYI settings for this run were difficulty 4, no full heal on rest and no max HP on level up.
