So after much searching I finally found the foundry, should have spoke to that guard earlier oh well. Problem is they won't let me in so the next hour of gameplay was yet more searching around trying to find a way to resolve that issue. Eventually I hit the jackpot and find something I believe will grant access so after a bit of prep I head back over there.
