Playing Windows games on Linux using Wine :
Lighting Returns : Final Fantasy XIII

The third game in the Fabula Nova Crystallis.
The events takes place 500 years after Final Fantasy XIII-2; Lightning is (again) fighting to save the world and to save her sister Serah.
This game has a HUGE emphasis on exploration in lively cities (and I really mean it, there's a load of details giving life to cities and its inhabitants)

Gameplay note :
- No party, Lighting will fight by herself
- No xp. To gain more stats, you need to complete quests
- A new "paradigm" system (a bit like the dress in FF X-2)
You set 3 paradigm (a set of dress, weapon, shield, accessories and abilities) and will have an ATB meter for each paradigm (meaning you'll have to switch paradigm in order to maximize your ATB usage)
- Lightning can be moved during the battle with the pad
- All four skills are mapped to buttons
- You'll have to be carefull of ennemies deadliest skills, and use your guard skill on time to portect yourself (the learning curve is quite hard at first)

-- Performance note --
The framerate is really good : Most of the time 60 fps caped (sometimes as low as 45-50).
