Pokémon Azure - Snow Effects

0A feature that will be available in Pokémon Azure and Amber is weather. Parts of the island will be snowy, high up in the mountains, and most of the island will be effected by snow once winter rolls around.
Here's how the snow effects look so far. I'm not terribly fond of them, but it's better than nothing I suppose. More work will likely go into them in the future.
By the way, this is just the light snow effect. I have no idea how I'm going to do blizzards.
