Pokémon Brilliant Diamond Playthrough 71: The Most Challenging Rematch
This is the second rematch with the Elite Four, and this time they have full teams and are a lot more difficult than before. To challenge their second rematch teams, you need to have beaten their first rematch teams and have caught Heatran, this will most likely be the hardest battles in the entire game, or even the entire Pokémon series.
As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description
This is the ultimate challenge, the Elite Four have a second rematch team, this time they use full teams, and this is much harder than before. The requirements are you need to have defeated their first rematch teams, and you need to have caught Heatran. Those fights are considered the hardest in the entire game, I will go over each of the Elite Four.
Elite Four Aaron:
Yanmega: Bug Buzz, Air Slash, Detect, Ancient Power (Wise Glasses)
Scizor: Bullet Punch, X-Scissor, Night Slash, Swords Dance (Occa Berry)
Vespiquen: Power Gem, Attack Order, Aerial Ace, Defend Order (Sitrus Berry)
Heracross: Earthquake, Rock Slide, Facade, Close Combat (Flame Orb)
Flygon: Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Boomburst, Bug Buzz (Wise Glasses)
Drapion: Cross Poison, Night Slash, Earthquake, X-Scissor (Scope Lens)
Aaron has added a Flygon to his team, while it is not a Bug-type Pokémon, but then again neither is Drapion, Flygon does know Bug Buzz. His team does remain a threat with that Guts Flame Orb Heracross and that Swords Dance and Bullet Punch Scizor.
Elite Four Bertha:
Whiscash: Earthquake, Ice Beam, Scald, Zen Headbutt (Rindo Berry)
Gliscor: Earthquake, Thunder Fang, Guillotine, X-Scissor (Sitrus Berry)
Nidoking: Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam (Life Orb)
Hippowdon: Ice Fang, Earthquake, Crunch, Rest (Chesto Berry)
Mamoswine: Earthquake, Icicle Spear, Ice Shard, Double-Edge (Never-Melt Ice)
Rhyperior: Earthquake, Rock Wrecker, Megahorn, Thunder Fang (Muscle Band)
Bertha has gone though some changes, she no longer uses Golem, she now has Nidoking and Mamoswine, her Nidoking has Sheer Force and a Life Orb to deal massive damage, and her Mamoswine has Thick Fat so it takes neutral damage from Fire-type moves, her Rhyperior is the only Pokémon to get the 50% boost in Special Defense from Hippowdon's Sand Stream, her team is much more varied.
Elite Four Flint:
Ninetales: Flamethrower, Solar Beam, Hypnosis, Nasty Plot (Heat Rock)
Houndoom: Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Destiny Bond, Nasty Plot (Wise Glasses)
Rapidash: Flare Blitz, Iron Tail, Poison Jab, Hypnosis (Wide Lens)
Infernape: Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Close Combat, Mach Punch (Focus Sash)
Arcanine: Flare Blitz, Play Rough, Close Combat, Extreme Speed (Shuca Berry)
Magmortar: Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Psychic (Sitrus Berry)
Flint leads with a Ninetales with Drought, and it knows Solar Beam to cover its weaknesses, he now has an Arcanine which is a lot better than his Flareon, as Arcanine does have type coverage, his Magmortar now has a Sitrus Berry instead of a Lum Berry.
Elite Four Lucian:
Mr. Mime: Light Screen, Reflect, Psychic, Dazzling Gleam (Light Clay)
Espeon: Psychic, Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball, Light Screen (Mental Herb)
Bronzong: Gyro Ball, Earthquake, Payback, Rock Slide (Muscle Band)
Alakazam: Nasty Plot, Psychic, Dazzling Gleam, Shock Wave (Life Orb)
Slowbro: Scald, Psychic, Flamethrower, Slack Off (Leftovers)
Gallade: Close Combat, Psycho Cut, Poison Jab, Shadow Sneak (Sitrus Berry)
Lucian has added a Slowbro with Regenerator onto his team, and this thing is really tough to break through without any good counters, his team does remain a threat with that Nasty Plot Alakazam, as well as his Gallade, which has Justified, so try not to use any Dark-type moves against it.
Champion Cynthia:
Spiritomb: Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Will-O-Wisp, Sucker Punch (Sitrus Berry)
Porygon-Z: Hyper Beam, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt (Expert Belt)
Togekiss: Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam, Aura Sphere, Thunder Wave (Leftovers)
Lucario: Close Combat, Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Extreme Speed (Focus Sash)
Milotic: Recover, Mirror Coat, Ice Beam, Scald (Flame Orb)
Garchomp: Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Poison Jab (Yache Berry)
Cynthia has swapped out Roserade for Porygon-Z, which is a very powerful opponent, its Hyper Beam can really hurt, and her Lucario is now a Physical Attacker. Her Garchomp is a fierce opponent, it is at Level 88, making it the most challenging Pokémon in the entire Pokémon series, this thing is tied with Red's Pikachu in HeartGold & SoulSilver for being the highest levelled Pokémon owned by a Trainer, but the difference is this Garchomp is EV Trained and has competitive moves.
