Wallace began with Wailord and I used Earthquake to make its Water Spout weaker. I used a X-Speed and three X-Attacks and only one Blizzard missed. This forced me to heal Swampert twice, losing time. I KO'd Wailord with Strength and Ludicolo could barely survive a Strength, but I got a critical hit. I OHKO'd Tentacruel, Whiscash and Milotic with Earthquake. Gyarados was a 2HKO with Strength, but it could be dangerous with Dragon Dance.
I'm still very proud of this run, because so many things can go wrong in this game. They are those random phone calls, a lot of spinners, status conditions and Mach Bike problems. 2:36 is a very good time and I don't think I can do much better. Sub 2:30 is possible, if you abuse critical hits and other RNG factors like the Sapphire run on SDA. I'll probrably never do an Emerald run again, but my next run will be Pokémon X.
