Sidney is the first and the easiest member of the Elite-4. I used a X-Special on Swampert and I OHKO'd Mightyena with Surf. Cacturne and Shiftry were OHKO's with Ice Beam, but the latter could use Double Team. Crawdaunt was a 2HKO with Earthquake and Absol was OHKO'd with Surf.
I used 2 X-Attacks on Swampert against Phoebe while her Dusclops used Protect until it worked. I used Strength on the successful Protect to save PP for Earthquake. I OHKO'd all her Pokémon with Earthquake and I saved. I should have used a Leppa Berry on the end of this segment.

Saved at 2:27 with a L53 Swampert.
