Welcome to my nuzlocke run of pokemon fire red! in this run of pokemon fire red we will be playing through the game with the following rules :
1. you must name every pokemon you catch, they are like your soulmates!
2. after the first battle of the game, if a pokemon faints it is DEAD forever, you must release it
3. Because healing is at a premium, pokemon centres can only be used ONCE in each town/city. use them wisely.
