I could now 2HKO it with Mega Kick and Mega Punch, but it could still land a critical hit or confuse with Water Pulse. I traded the voucher for a bicycle and I used Ember on all the Pokémon of Route 9. I got past the spinner and I picked up the hidden Rare Candy. I healed up in the center and I used a Repel after entering the Rock Tunnel.
