We are almost there, just 20 more after these Trainers, and then we should have every Master Trainer defeated, you will need to be level 70 or up and good AV investment in required stats.
Here are the Master Trainers in this video:
Starmie, Mr. Mime, Scyther, Jynx, Electabuzz, Magmar, Pinsir, Tauros, Magikarp, Gyarados
Starmie Trainer - Psychic Harrison
Starmie - Level 75
Nature: Calm
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Special Defense, 80 Speed
Stats: 398 HP, 105 Attack, 155 Defense, 155 Special Attack, 370 Special Defense, 280 Speed
Moves: Minimize, Psywave, Light Screen
Location: Route 25
Start with Toxic, as the opposing Starmie does like to use Minimize, and for some reason it has Psywave, which does random damage equal to the user's level.

Mr. Mime Trainer - Psychic Rui
Mr. Mime - Level 70
Nature: Calm
AVs: 200 HP, 50 Defense, 150 Special Attack, 200 Special Defense, 80 Speed
Stats: 357 HP, 61 Attack, 167 Defense, 316 Special Attack, 413 Special Defense, 232 Speed
Moves: Calm Mind, Barrier, Dazzling Gleam
Location: Celadon City
One strategy is to use Encore if the opposing Mr. Mime uses a status move, then use Taunt so it is forced to use Struggle, othwerwise Toxic, Substitute and Seismic Toss for this one.

Scyther Trainer - Bug Catcher Louie
Scyther - Level 75
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 100 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 313 HP, 393 Attack, 348 Defense, 78 Special Attack, 125 Special Defense, 203 Speed
Moves: Swords Dance, Slash, Roost
Location: Route 15
I did use Scyther on my team, so that's why it is at Level 100, one strategy is to use Air Slash, otherwise Toxic and Substitute for this one.

Jynx Trainer - Psychic Avery
Jynx - Level 75
Nature: Hasty
AVs: 80 HP, 150 Special Attack, 200 Special Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 285 HP, 80 Attack, 51 Defense, 350 Special Attack, 370 Special Defense, 337 Speed
Moves: Calm Mind, Lovely Kiss, Dream Eater, Seismic Toss
Location: Cerulean City
I have heard that the Jynx Master Trainer is very challenging, but the easiest way is if you have maximum Attack and Speed AVs and use a physical move, like Body Slam, you should be able to win easily.

Electabuzz Trainer - Scientist Levi
Electabuzz - Level 75
Nature: Gentle
AVs: 120 HP, 50 Attack, 100 Defense, 50 Special Attack, 150 Special Defense
Stats: 325 HP, 202 Attack, 201 Defense, 220 Special Attack, 320 Special Defense, 185 Speed
Moves: Reflect, Fire Punch, Psychic
Location: Route 10
As the opposing Electabuzz has Reflect, having Brick Break comes in handy. I also recommend Toxic for this one.

Magmar Trainer - Ace Trainer Jace
Magmar - Level 75
Nature: Modest
AVs: 120 HP, 150 Defense, 100 Special Attack, 120 Special Defense
Stats: 325 HP, 132 Attack, 263 Defense, 295 Special Attack, 275 Special Defense, 167 Speed
Moves: Toxic, Confuse Ray, Psychic, Fire Spin
Location: Pokémon Mansion
Start with Substitute to avoid status conditions, and having moves like Psychic or Brick Break can work against the opposing Magmar.

Pinsir Trainer - Bug Catcher Ryouta
Pinsir - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 150 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 355 HP, 415 Attack, 395 Defense, 78 Special Attack, 110 Special Defense, 305 Speed
Moves: Rock Slide, X-Scissor, Guillotine
Location: Route 18
This is entirely based on luck, as the opposing Pinsir knows some dangerous moves, and I would save Mega Evolution as a last resort, because Mega Pinsir is part Flying, making Rock Slide do 4x damage, and Guillotine is devastating, so your best bet is to use Toxic and Substitute to stall it out, and hope for luck.

Tauros Trainer - Ace Trainer Jaxson
Tauros - Level 75
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 200 Attack, 200 Defense, 120 Speed
Stats: 197 HP, 395 Attack, 370 Defense, 58 Special Attack, 133 Special Defense, 313 Speed
Moves: Double-Edge, Rage
Location: Fuchsia City
While the opposing Tauros does have a devastating Double-Edge, it thankfully does not have any HP AVs, so you should be able to defeat it easily with two or three hits from Thrash.

Magikarp Trainer - Youngster Easton
Magikarp - Level 65
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 50 HP, 100 Attack, 50 Defense, 200 Speed
Stats: 171 HP, 138 Attack, 146 Defense, 21 Special Attack, 31 Special Defense, 341 Speed
Moves: Tackle, Splash
Location: Route 4
Keep using Tackle, there is no point in having a Magikarp use Splash in the fight.

Gyarados Trainer - Ace Trainer Dominic
Gyarados - Level 75
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 150 HP, 150 Attack, 80 Defense, 100 Special Attack, 80 Special Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 400 HP, 365 Attack, 226 Defense, 206 Special Attack, 258 Special Defense, 213 Speed
Moves: Earthquake, Thunderbolt
Location: Celadon City
I recommend Mega Evolving Gyarados right away so that Thunderbolt is 2x effective, and if you have Thunderbolt on your own Gyarados, use that to your advantage.
