Part 2 of my Cup o’ Joe coverage of Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu | Fluffer Nutt, the God of the Balls

In this video, we play through some more of Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu, a brand new Pokémon game released in 2018 for the Nintendo Switch. It is a spinoff game and a remake of Pokémon Yellow for the Gameboy. It takes heavy influence from the Pokémon Go mobile game. It is aimed primarily at casual Pokémon fans and newcomers to the series.

We kick off this video by entering and exploring Viridian City, a quaint little city just north of Pallet. We go to visit a Pokemon Center where we can heal our Pokemon as well as a Poke Mart where we can buy items. The clerk inside asks us to take a parcel to Professor Oak. At Oak’s lab we have our first Pokemon battle against Gertrude. Once we’re done doing that, we head back to Viridian and go out onto Route 22 to the west. On Route 22 we fight Gertrude (aka Trace) again! Once we destroy him, we catch a Nidoran Male to add to the team.
