In this video, we continue our brief journey into my favorite game of all time, Xenoblade Chronicles X. XCX was released in 2015 for the Nintendo Wii U and is the second entry in the critically-acclaimed Xenoblade series. In comparison to other Xenoblade games, it takes emphasis off of the story somewhat with a much larger focus on worldbuilding, exploration, and sidequesting.
In this episode, we finish Chapter 3 as we head into the alien Prone Seaswpet Base in Primordia. The place is crawling with Prone warriors and mechanical war machines called Pugiliths. We fight a tyrant named Langul, the Alien Payload. He goes down easy. Then we fight some Armoured Suids that the prone have trained. At the top of the base we invade a building and find the bodies of the BLADEs we were looking for, surrounded by the Prone that killed them. Their leader is Glennar, and he attacks Elma and company. After they are defeated, they find another alien creature. He is a small furry creature called a Nopon, and his name is Tatsu. He gives them an item called a follow ball. We head back to NLA and end off this miniseries.
