I unlocked a new dungeon offscreen through Spinda's Cafe, because I used the Restore Points on the Wii U Virtual Console menu so that I can unlock a new dungeon. That dungeon is Mt. Mistral, where many Flying type Pokémon can be found, and a Legendary Pokémon called Ho-Oh can be encountered somewhere in this dungeon.
As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.
Mt. Mistral is a 20 floor dungeon, 19 of which has Pokémon found, while the last floor has a Deluxe Box at the end. The Pokémon found in this dungeon are Pidgeot, Fearow, Venomoth, Aerodactyl, Jumpluff, Swellow, Flygon, Staraptor, Mothim, Drifblim, Mismagius and Gliscor. Some of the Pokémon can use dangerous moves, Venomoth has Silver Wind, and Drifblim can use Ominous Wind, and its Unburden Ability can make Drifblim a dangerous opponent.
On the 19th floor and with a Mystery Part or Secret Slab in your inventory, you can encounter the Legendary Pokémon that is said to form a rainbow when it flies, it is the Fire and Flying type Ho-Oh. It is Level 43 and for moves, it can use Sunny Day, Fire Blast and Recover. For level up moves, Ho-Oh can learn AncientPower, Extrasensory, Punishment, Sky Attack, Calm Mind, and its signature move of Sacred Fire. Ho-Oh unfortunately can't learn Brave Bird in this game, because the level up moves are from Pokémon Platinum, and Ho-Oh can only learn Brave Bird in HeartGold & SoulSilver. For its TM movepool, Ho-Oh can learn a wide variety of moves, like SolarBeam, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Aerial Ace, Charge Beam, Steel Wing, Earthquake, Thunder Wave, Overheat and many other moves.
Ho-Oh's Exclusive Item is the Rainbow Veil, which reflects status conditions from Ho-Oh to the user, so if Ho-Oh got paralyzed, the Pokémon that inflicted the status condition will be paralyzed too. It is obtained in Zero Isle South on the 25th floor.
