Pokemon Scarlet and Violet - Where to Find Bulbasaur

Area: Coastal Biome
Pre-requisite: Upgrade the Coastal Biome by spending 3,000 BP on it in the League Club Room
Other notes:
All the starters are back! But some leg work is required to get them. Well, namely a bunch of grinding. You'll need to grind a total of 12,000 BP, 3,000 per biome, to unlock every starter. If you just want Bulbasaur, aim for the Coastal Biome!
Once it's upgraded, you'll find Bulbasaur hanging out in the mountain-y areas of the Coastal Biome. Should be able to find it with enough wandering, but if you're struggling you can eat a sandwich to boost either Grass or Poison type spawns!
