So technically Kleavor IS an evolution of Scyther, however at this time there's no way to get a Black Auracite in Scarlet/Violet without transferring from Legends: Arceus. Fortunately Kleavor can be found in the wild! Head to the Canyon Biome - Canyon Plaza and head northeast towards the part on the map that looks kinda like a U with a pond in it. Kleavor can spawn here!
You can also find Kleavor in Tera Raids if you're lucky.
