For the ingredient, the best option looks to be the Peppers (Yellow Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper). Any work. As long as it mentions "bitter" in the item description.
For the condiment, look at using Olive Oil or Marmalade. Again, as long as it mentions "bitter" in the item description. You don't need to use any herba mysticas for this! Regular ones work to clear the quest.
