In this part, I find the remaining Pokémon Signs, and after taking a photo of all six of them, we can access the Rainbow Cloud, which is where a very rare Pokémon can be found, and you can see constellations of the Pokémon that are said to be connected to the Pokémon Signs all over Pokémon Island.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

In this part, I go to Cave to find the Pokémon Sign there, it is found in the part where you free the Jigglypuff from Koffing, there are some stars which you can see in the darkness. For new interactions with the Poké Flute, when you get to where the Jynx are, play the Poké Flute, and the Jynx will dance, and it causes the egg to hatch into Articuno, and if you did free Pikachu from Zubat, Pikachu will ride Articuno, which does give a lot of points if you get a picture of them. If you play the Poké Flute, this will make the Jigglypuff angry, and this doesn't give as much points as Jigglypuff on Stage. When you submit the photo of the stars in the darkness, it forms a constellation of Mewtwo, giving it the name "Mewtwo Constellation".
The next place is the Valley, and the Pokémon Sign is Mt. Dugtrio, this is very easy to get a photo of, and for new interaction with the Poké Flute, when you get to the waterfall, play the Poké Flute, and you can get Graveler's Group Dance, this gives some good points if you take a photo of the three Graveler dancing.
Once you have taken a photo of all six Pokémon Signs, this will unlock the final course in the game, Rainbow Cloud. In Rainbow Cloud, you can see constellations of the six Pokémon that the signs are based around, and there is only one Pokémon that can be found there, that Pokémon is Mew, a very rare Pokémon, and it will be inside a glowing bubble. What you have to do is hit the shield with Pokémon Food or a Pester Ball, do it three times to remove the shield, for the next part, Mew will fly past in a different shield, so you will need timing to hit it three times to remove the shield, then Mew appears from behind, going after its shield, and that is the right time to get a photo of Mew, otherwise you can throw a Pester Ball at it, Mew spins and then poses, and that gives a lot of points if you get a good photo of Mew that way.
After completing Rainbow Cloud and getting a photo of Mew, the credits will roll, and after that, you can view your Challenge Score on each course, that is how many points you can get by doing a course.
There are some thing I want to go over with Pokémon Snap, in the original release, Jynx's face was black, it was changed to purple in the re-releases of this game for the Wii Virtual Console, possibly to reference the change to Jynx. There was originally going to be 64 Pokémon in this game, Ekans was the Pokémon that was going to be in the game, but was cut in the final release, so we ended up getting 63 different Pokémon in this game, and there was going to be a course themed around Ghost-type Pokémon, but it was cut as there are only three Ghost-type Pokémon back in Generation 1.
This is Pokémon Snap done, and at the time of this video going up, Pokémon Puzzle League is confirmed to be the next game for Nintendo 64: Nintendo Switch Online, and I was not expecting that, two Nintendo 64 Pokémon games in a row, and Pokémon Puzzle League had not seen a re-release since Wii Virtual Console, and that game was never released in Japan, but that is the next game confirmed. To those not familiar with Pokémon Puzzle League, it is a game that is based on Tetris Attack for the SNES, and it has characters from the Pokémon Anime, so that means we have two Nintendo 64 games based around the Pokémon Anime, as Todd, the main character of Pokémon Snap, did make a few appearance in the Anime.
