Today I get the SquirtBottle and head to Ecruteak City.

READ: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to the Department Store and buying 2 X Attacks or 2 X Specials and 2 X Speeds. Get X Attacks if your counter to Ghost types is a Physical-based Pokemon, or X Specials if your counter to Ghost-types is Special-based. For me, it's Heracross. I bought 4 to be safe, but so long as you have a decent Pokémon, 2 of each X item will do.
