Here are the team of Pokémon in this video, which was decided by the random number generator.
P1 Team: Flareon, Marowak, Electrode, Omastar, Butterfree, Gyarados
CPU Team: Wigglytuff, Victreebel, Tentacool, Electabuzz, Gastly, Moltres

Then, I will list the moves for each Pokémon in battle, starting with my team.
Flareon: Fire Blast, Take Down, Smog, Sand-Attack
Marowak: Bonemerang, Thrash, Fire Blast, Focus Energy
Electrode: Thunder, Thunder Wave, Swift, Selfdestruct
Omastar: Hydro Pump, Submission, Spike Cannon, Withdraw
Butterfree: Psychic, Supersonic, Mega Drain, Stun Spore
Gyarados: Surf, Dragon Rage, Bite, Fire Blast

The CPU's team of Pokémon and moves.
Wigglytuff: Sing, Double-Edge, Submission, Thunderbolt
Victreebel: SolarBeam, Acid, Reflect, Slam
Tentacool: Surf, Supersonic, Mega Drain, Blizzard
Electabuzz: ThunderPunch, Mega Punch, Psychic, Thunder Wave
Gastly: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Psychic, Confuse Ray
Moltres: Fire Blast, Fly, Swift, Substitute

We both get some Pokémon of many different types, I have two Water-type Pokémon, and the CPU has three Poison-type Pokémon. I led with Butterfree, and the CPU starts off the fight with Gastly, one of the few Pokémon on the CPU team Butterfree stands a good chance against. Even if I have to fight against Electabuzz, I never switch in a Ground-type Pokémon in case Electabuzz uses Psychic on that turn, and Marowak cannot take Special hits that well.
I do have Electrode's Thunder Wave in case I need a way to get past an opponent that proves to be a threat to the team, while the rest of the Pokémon have ways to get past them, Flareon is there to take on Victreebel, and is more of a backup option in case the battle doesn't go the way I want it to. Omastar is a good switch-in to Moltres, as it resists Fire Blast and Fly very well, and can deal some damage to it with Hydro Pump, and while Gyarados does have the advantage as well, Omastar is better defensively against Moltres. Even if Wigglytuff does have Thunderbolt, it doesn't get STAB from it, but the Water and Flying-type Pokémon that I have do need to watch out for it.
When using Electrode, I don't like to use Selfdestruct until I know it is the right time to do it, because with the Pokémon that I have, Electrode is the most reliable Pokémon on the team, as it knows Thunder Wave and it is the fastest Pokémon in the game, and that can really help in most battles.
