The last cup that I show is the Pika Cup, this is the lowest level tournament out of the main four, and it allows Pokémon from Level 15 to 20, and the total level must not exceed 50. There are some Pokémon that can be used even though they cannot appear Rental Pokémon, like Dragonair for example where you can find one at Level 15 in Pokémon Yellow. There are some Pokémon, like Ponyta, Seel, and Koffing where they cannot be obtained in the Gen 1 games below Level 20 unless you trade with the Gen 2 games. Some Trainers use Pokémon below the level you can obtain them, like the Level 15 Seadra, the lowest level you can get Seadra in is at Level 20 in Yellow.
I pick a good team of Rental Pokémon, I chose Raichu, Nidoking, Arcanine, Kadabra, Seadra, and Lapras, most of which have moves to help in the battles.

The first four Trainers are very easy, but the last two Trainers are very challenging. Bug Boy has a Level 16 Nidorina, while the rest are at Level 15, Lad has a Level 16 Pokémon, that being Ivysaur. Swimmer uses three Level 16 Pokémon, Poliwhirl, Wartortle, and Nidorino, and he can use all three of them. Burglar has a Level 17 Drowzee and a Level 15 Vulpix, he can use the Drowzee and two Level 16 Pokémon in the battle. Mr. Fix has two Level 18 Pokémon, Raichu and Porygon, and he can only use one of the two, and he can use both Voltorb and Kingler with the Level 18 Pokémon. Hiker has a Level 20 Rhyhorn, if that is used, he will always Seadra and Wigglytuff, if he uses Gastly, Machop, or Kadabra, then he cannot use Rhyhorn. Lass has Gyarados and Tentacruel, both at Level 20, and she is a challenging opponent. The final opponent is Fisher, he can use either Dragonair or Raticate, both are at Level 18, and Dragonair has Dragon Rage, which can take out your Pokémon in two hits, and while his Raticate is an easier opponent, its Hyper Fang can deal some damage to your Pokémon.
