At the start of the video, I show a Mystery Gift code, and this does tie in with the Pokémon Anime, because the most recent Japanese episodes are based around the Masters 8 Tournament, and each week, you can receive Pokémon owned by Ash in Pokémon Journeys, the first one you can receive is Dracovish, which is live from now until August 25th.
Then for this week's Surprise Trade, I will be trading Stufful, and I usually breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and I went with Adamant for the Nature, as the Stufful line are Physical Attackers, and I didn't breed for the Hidden Ability, Stufful has Cute Charm, which becomes Unnerve when it evolves into Bewear, so the only Ability it can make use of is Fluffy, which has it take less damage from contact moves, but damage from Fire-type moves is doubled.
For Egg Moves, Stufful can learn Force Palm, Stomp, Rollout, and Defense Curl, I will list which parents in the Field Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Defense Curl: Sandshrew, A-Sandshrew, Sandslash, A-Sandslash, Dunsparce, Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein, Buneary, Lopunny, Munna, Musharna, Togedemaru, Wooloo, Dubwool
Force Palm: Lucario, Mienfoo, Mienshao
Rollout: Sandshrew, A-Sandshrew, Sandslash, A-Sandslash, Dunsparce, Seedot, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein, Cufant, Copperajah
Stomp: Ponyta, G-Ponyta, Rapidash, G-Rapidash, Rhyhorn, Rhydon, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Rhyperior, Mudbray, Mudsdale, Cufant, Copperajah

When using Stufful, having Force Palm and Stomp are good starting moves, Stomp is even better than Tackle, and it does get Leer as a starting move as well, but having Stomp and Force Palm can really help in the early game, as Stufful doesn't get many Fighting-type moves through level up until later in the game.
For the rest of Stufful's level up moves, it learns Baby-Doll Eyes, Payback, Brutal Swing, Endure, Strength, Take Down, Flail, Hammer Arm, Thrash, Pain Split, Double-Edge, and Superpower, when it evolves into Bewear, it learns Bind upon evolution.
Next are TMs and TRs, and I will be going over what Bewear can learn, it can get Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Rock Slide, Charm, Revenge, Brick Break, Rock Tomb, Drain Punch, Shadow Claw, Low Sweep, Bulldoze, Stomping Tantrum, and many other moves, and for TRs, it can learn Swords Dance, Body Slam, Low Kick, Earthquake, Reversal, Taunt, Dragon Claw, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Work Up, Darkest Lariat, High Horsepower, and Body Press, and its only Tutor move is Coaching.
Despite Bewear being one of the best Pokémon when going through the main story, it has tough competition in online battles, while it can use items like Weakness Policy and Assault Vest, and for moves, Bewear can use Drain Punch for its main Fighting-type move, even though it can get Close Combat, Drain Punch is preferred because of the Defense and Special Defense drop from Close Combat. Bewear does get some good coverage options like Darkest Lariat, Thunder Punch, Iron Head, and Earthquake, and it can use Bulk Up to boost its Attack and Defense, giving it some good options for moves. As a Fighting-type, it is overshadowed by Conkeldurr and Machamp, and there are many better Fighting-type options in the current format, like Blaziken, Lucario, and Urshifu.
Bewear isn't used that much in Double Battles, while it does get High Horsepower for a single target Ground-type move, and Rock Slide to hit both targets, Bewear does have some options, but it is overshadowed by many better Fighting-type Pokémon in the format.
There wasn't much to go over with online battles, but it is good in the main game, and as I did breed Egg Moves on Stufful, having Stomp and Force Palm can really help in the main game, it doesn't get Hammer Arm until Level 36 as Bewear, and Stomp does work as a good Normal-type move until it learns Strength at Level 20, and it does get some Dark-type moves like Payback and Brutal Swing through level up to give it options to hit Ghost-type Pokémon for some good damage. It does have some good TM and TR access to many coverage moves, making it a good Pokémon for the main game.
