Before starting Surprise Trade, I show another Mystery Gift code, and this one gives you a Dragonite, this one is a tie in to the Pokémon Anime, it does have a Jolly Nature, the downside is it has Inner Focus, you can use an Ability Patch on it to give it Multiscale.
Then for this week's Surprise Trade, and I will be trading Timburr, the Fighting-type Pokémon introduced in Gen 5. I breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and these Timburr have an Adamant Nature, as its Attack stat is very high once fully evolved, it can work with Brave as it has a low Speed stat. Some Timburr have the Hidden Ability of Iron Fist, and some have Guts, I did check different sets its final evolved form Conkeldurr can use, and some of them can make use of Guts.
The Egg Moves I went with on Timburr were Mach Punch, Power-Up Punch, Wide Guard, and Defog, Timburr can also get Counter and Detect for other moves, I will list which parents in the Human-Like Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Counter: Hitmonchan, Hitmontop, Lucario, Sawk, Scorbunny, Raboot, Cinderace
Defog: Hawlucha (Requires Chain Breeding)
Detect: Hitmonchan, Hitmontop, Sableye, Lucario, Mienfoo, Mienshao, Hawlucha, Clobbopus, Grapploct
Mach Punch: Hitmonchan
Power-Up Punch: Hitmonchan, Lucario, Grimmsnarl
Wide Guard: Machamp, Hitmonlee, Mr. Mime, Hitmontop, Gallade, Throh, Mienshao

Those are some good moves, Mach Punch is a very important move on the Timburr line, Power-Up Punch is great when going through the game, as Timburr learn Low Kick at Level 4, and it isn't until Level 42 as either Gurdurr or Conkeldurr that it learns Hammer Arm, so a Timburr with Iron Fist and Power-Up Punch can get through most of the game until then. Defog can only be learned through Chain Breeding with Hawlucha, and it learns that from the Rufflet and Galarian Farfetch'd lines.
Timburr's starting moves are Pound and Leer for its normal level up moves, and the moves it learns when levelling up are Low Kick, Rock Throw, Focus Energy, Bulk Up, Rock Slide, Slam, Scary Face, Dynamic Punch, Hammer Arm, Stone Edge, Superpower, and Focus Punch. It evolves into Gurdurr at Level 25, and it requires a trade to be fully evolved into Conkeldurr, its level up moves aren't any different to Gurdurr's.
Next are TMs and TRs, and I will be going over what Conkeldurr can learn, it can get Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Dig, Brick Break, Rock Tomb, Rock Blast, Payback, Drain Punch, Low Sweep, Retaliate, Bulldoze, Brutal Swing, and Stomping Tantrum, and for TRs, it can learn Earthquake, Close Combat, Poison Jab, Taunt, Work Up, and High Horsepower for possible moves, and it learns Coaching for its Tutor moves.
Conkeldurr has seen competitive usage back in the days of Gen 5, with a massive 140 Attack stat and a great Ability in Guts, it can hold a Flame Orb and use powerful moves like Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Stone Edge, and Payback, and it can boost its Attack and Defense with Bulk Up, and with the addition of Fairy-type Pokémon in Gen 6, Conkeldurr can use Poison Jab for type coverage. Iron Fist on Conkeldurr allows it to make use of moves like Drain Punch and Mach Punch, as well as the Elemental Punches, preferably Ice Punch and Thunder Punch. With access to a priority move, this can be good for finishing off weakened opponents, and Assault Vest is a preferred item for Conkeldurr to allow it to take Special Attacks.
Conkeldurr doesn't see too much use in Double Battles, it has High Horsepower for a single target Ground-type move, the downside is its low Speed stat, which makes Conkeldurr better in Trick Room teams, and it can use Hammer Arm for its Fighting-type move to work in Trick Room teams.
As I went over with the Timburr line when going through the main game, it is stuck with Low Kick until Level 42, but with Power-Up Punch and Mach Punch, specially on one with Iron Fist, that can work for its main Fighting-type move until then, it can learn Close Combat through TR starting from the Gurdurr stage. Without a way to trade, Gurdurr is a solid Pokémon with the Eviolite, and it has a respectable 105 Attack stat. If you are wondering about Sheer Force, while Conkeldurr does learn the Elemental Punches, it is better off with Iron Fist, because most of Conkeldurr's moves that benefit from Sheer Force also benefit from Iron Fist, but you do keep the additional effect from moves.
