Three characters left to use in All-Star Mode, and I use Cloud for this one. In All-Star Mode, you deal more damage to your opponents, and you take less from your opponent's attacks, as well as less knockback, but the stage hazards deal their normal knockback, making them the ones you have to watch out for. Cloud does have some good move options, his aerial moves are good for dealing damage, his forward smash is a good KO move, and his Cross Slash with Limit Break active is another option, Climhazzard is better for recovery through the Limit Break version, and Finishing Touch isn't that reliable as you will be using smash attacks to KO your opponents anyway.
Cloud's Alt. Trophies both use his Advent Children appearance, the Wii U version uses the same pose used for his artwork for that costume, that pose is not used for the 3DS version, instead it has Cloud using Limit Charge.
I will go over All-Star Mode and which characters you fight against.
Round 1 (2015-2007): Corrin, Greninja, Lucina, Robin, Dark Pit, Shulk, Bayonetta, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina & Luma
Round 2 (2006-2001): Lucario, Lucas, Ike, Zero Suit Samus, Toon Link, Bowser Jr., Roy, Olimar, Villager
Round 3 (1998-1994): Ganondorf, Sheik, Cloud, Jigglypuff, Charizard, Pikachu, Mewtwo, Diddy Kong, Ness
Round 4 (1993-1991): Meta Knight, Falco, Fox, Wario, King Dedede, Kirby, Sonic
Round 5 (1990-1986): Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Dr. Mario, Marth, Mega Man, Ryu, Palutena, Pit
Round 6 (1986-1984): Samus, Zelda, Link, Bowser, Peach, R.O.B., Duck Hunt Duo
Round 7 (1984-1980): Little Mac, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Mario, Pac-Man, Mr. Game & Watch

Cloud's home stage of Midgar appears in both versions of Super Smash Bros. 4, and Summon Materia do not appear when fighting on that stage in All-Star Mode. Other stages you fight Cloud and other characters that made their debut in 1998-1994 are Spirit Train, Unova Pokémon League, and Magicant in the 3DS version, and in the Wii U version, the stages are Kongo Jungle 64, Bridge of Eldin, Pokémon Stadium 2, and Onett.
As with Cloud's Final Smash Trophy, while it does display the text box with the word "Omnislash" there, referencing Final Fantasy VII, as well as the move being used on Shulk. The Final Smash is similar to Ike's Great Aether where it is a multi-slash move, the difference is Cloud dashes at the opponent, and Ike has to be very close to his opponent in order for the move to connect.
