It is time to take on the Champion Cup, now that I have obtained all the badges across Galar, but I will have to take on some rivals that I have fought along the adventure, like Marnie and Hop, and even though Bede was a rival, he got disqualified from the Gym Challenge, it is time to put our Pokémon battles to the test.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Now that we have entered Wyndon Stadium, the Champion Cup will begin, and if you talk to the Ball Guy, he will give you a Dream Ball, which increases the chances of capturing Pokémon that are asleep, this ball was never seen since Black & White, where it was used to capture Pokémon from the Dream World.
The first opponent in the Tournament is Marnie, here is here team of Pokémon in this battle.
Liepard: Fake Out, Torment, Nasty Plot, Snarl
Toxicroak: Venoshock, Sucker Punch, Swagger, Toxic
Scrafty: Swagger, Scary Face, Brick Break, Crunch
Morpeko: Bullet Seed, Torment, Spark, Bite
Grimmsnarl: Spirit Break, Darkest Lariat, Bulk Up, Torment

Marnie's team isn't too hard to defeat if you have the correct counters, but you will have to watch out for Swagger on both Toxicroak and Scrafty. She will Gigantamax her newest addition to her team, Grimmsnarl, which is the final evolution of Impidimp and is a Dark/Fairy-type, and in its Gigantamax form, Grimmsnarl's Dark-type moves become G-Max Snooze, which inflicts the effects of Yawn, so you will fall asleep on the next turn. If you have a good Steel or Poison-type on your team, you should be able to take out Grimmsnarl without too much difficulty. Even when Gigantamax wears off, Grimmsnarl can boost its Attack and Defense with Bulk Up, and its signature move Spirit Break lowers the targets Special Attack, while Darkest Lariat will ignore the target's Defense boosts.
After that, the next opponent is Hop, that was to be expected, as we were both endorsed by Leon, here I will go over Hop's team in this battle.
Dubwool: Cotton Guard, Reversal, Body Slam, Zen Headbutt
Corviknight: Steel Wing, Drill Peck, Scary Face, Swagger
Pincurchin: Thunderbolt, Poison Jab, Curse
Snorlax: Heavy Slam, High Horsepower, Hammer Arm
Inteleon: Sniper Shot, Mud Shot, Icy Wind, Dark Pulse (If you picked Grookey)
Rillaboom: Drum Beating, High Horsepower, Snarl, Uproar (If you picked Scorbunny)
Cinderace: Pyro Ball, Counter, Gunk Shot, Bounce (If you picked Sobble)

Hop's team is the same as from the previous fight, if you do not have a Fighting-type on your team, his Dubwool can set up Cotton Guard, making it resilient to any Physical attacks used, while his Snorlax has some good coverage moves. One thing to note is that Hop will Dynamax his starter, and they do have some decent coverage moves, Inteleon has Mud Shot and Icy Wind, which become Max Quake and Max Hailstorm to cover its weaknesses, and its Max Geyser can be devastating. Rillaboom has High Horsepower, which becomes Max Quake to cover its Fire weakness, and Cinderace can use Max Knuckle to cover its Rock weakness. Hop isn't too difficult of a fight, as you should be able to Dynamax your starter to counter Hop's Dynamaxed starter.
I also really like Hop's battle theme when you fight him in the Champion Cup, and I also like Marnie's battle theme as well, this game has some really good songs, and I do like most of the battle music in this game.
It will be quite a while before we can battle Leon in the Championship Match, so there should be some more things in Wyndon before then, which you will see in the next few parts.
