Here are the Pokémon selected for this match, I am using Greninja in this one, and by the way, if you checked in every day since the release of Pokémon UNITE, you can get Greninja on Day 14, and as this is the second week of Pokémon UNITE, I decided to do a match with Greninja for this video.
Queen_Marie - Venusaur
Bobyboy - Zeraora
Hisashi_Noro - Snorlax
corinne7 - Pikachu

The opponent's team of Pokémon
Foxhound101 - Pikachu
kieker - Mr. Mime
xinqiu - Alolan Ninetales
r3lax - Greninja
Tamesmgk - Zeraora

When I checked the roster for Pokémon UNITE, and that it had Pikachu, Charizard, Lucario, Greninja, and Wigglytuff, most of which are Pokémon that are playable in the Super Smash Bros. series, even though it is Jigglypuff that is playable in Smash Bros. and not Wigglytuff, this does still leave Mewtwo and Incineroar as the remaining Pokémon characters to be added into Pokémon UNITE so that we have all the Pokémon characters that are playable in the Super Smash Bros. series.
Even though Greninja is available for players that check in on Day 14, it is in the weekly rotation, along with Absol, Mr. Mime, and Alolan Ninetales. As for Greninja, it is Expert, Ranged, and Attacker, and it uses Physical Attacks. Greninja's recommended lane is the Bottom Lane, likely for the experience boost from defeating Drednaw.
Greninja starts off matches as Froakie, it does have good Mobility for not being a Speedster type character. Its starting moves are Bubble and Substitute, I recommend starting with Bubble so that Froakie has a way to get in some reliable damage, and I did change the settings so that it shows how many basic attacks are used. Its basic attack hits from a distance and slows opponents for a short time, and when used up close, the damage is based on the target's maximum HP.
Bubble decreases the opponent's movement speed for a short time when it hits, and Substitute allows Froakie to leave a Substitute Doll while it moves, so it can be good for distracting opponents.
At Level 5, Froakie will evolve into Frogadier, and it will learn either Double Team or Smokescreen, which replace Substitute. When using Double Team, Frogadier will create illusory copies to aid it in battle for a short time, and Smokescreen gives it invisibility and extra movement speed, and it boosts Frogadier's next Basic Attack.
At Level 7, Frogadier will evolve into Greninja and learn either Water Shuriken or Surf, they replace Bubble. Water Shuriken increases Greninja's movement speed and restores HP anytime a shuriken hits an opponent, and Surf has Greninja riding a wave, dealing damage to the opposing Pokémon and restores Greninja's HP, and if Surf knocks out an opposing Pokémon, it will reset the cooldown, and it deals increased damage to opposing Pokémon with low HP.
Greninja's Unite Move is Waterburst Shuriken, it is learned at Level 9, Greninja jumps up and attacks opposing Pokémon with a large shuriken, damaging opposing Pokémon in its area of effect.
At Level 11, Water Shuriken or Surf will be upgraded, Water Shuriken increases the number of shurikens thrown at the target, and Surf increases the amount of HP restored. At Level 13, Double Team or Smokescreen will be upgraded, Double Team's cooldown is reduced, and Smokescreen increases Greninja's Attack for a short time when the user stops sneaking.
Greninja's Ability is Torrent, if it is at half HP or less, its damage and movement speed are increased, so Greninja is best used when its HP is below half, this can be a bit risky, as it is not that defensive, so it is a tricky Pokémon to use if you want to make the best use out of it.
For items, Greninja pairs very well with items that boost its Attack, like a Muscle Band, Scope Lens, or Attack Weight, or if going for a speed role, a Float Stone is a good item to equip. Water Shuriken is the recommended move for Greninja, so that way it can attack from a good range, while either Smokescreen or Double Team are nice for escaping battle if it is has taken a lot of damage in battle.
