I had a key for this game to start about a week or more before the official release of the title. I decided to wait however until official release. This was partly due to achievements, but mainly came down to time I had available.

So what is Polygod? It's a Roguelite, First Person Shooter. I think the closest comparison I could come up with would be Ziggurat. While a game like Tower of Guns or Immortal Redneck fit as well, they have a bit more perpetual progression to them that Polygod does not.

This first stream was not my smoothest gameplay. This game is hard. It definitely will require repetition to learn and get remotely good enough to do. Just as an example, across the two streams I've done, I have had zero real luck or skill when it comes to the second boss. I started to feel pretty good about the first one (still difficult), but the second one destroyed me.

The second stream here took a little achievement focus for some of the random ones (thus the very slow opening 10 minutes of killing all the friendlies in the opening zone).

Overall, the game is quite fun. I think my frustration leaked into it a lot, but it wasn't for the game being bad. I definitely realized the gap in my abilities.in comparison to making true progress in it. Some of these achievements especially will be a deciding factor.

Saved some seeds during my gameplay, although I didn't really utilize that feature much. It will be interesting to find seeds that make certain achievements/goals more reasonable.
