Note: Thank you to the developer of Z Axis for a code to stream this game.

After having a lot of fun with my first stream of Z Axis, I decided to go back for a second stream. This one focused on Levels 21 through 30 and finishing the game for the first time.

Levels 21 through 30 were difficult. The levels required a lot of thought and realizing how all of the mechanics in the game fit together. Level 30 especially required me to think through my movements and understand everything that was going on. I know for those watching it seemed random, but I really felt I had begun to see the goal and how I could do it eventually.

All that's left achievement-wise is finishing the speedruns. I got a few during the stream, but there is still quite a bit to do at this point.

The one thing I really got to understand during my stream was a graphical bug where a dark background began to creep into the level and darken a side of the level. It appeared to be completely random until I got some time to really look at it. It appears that if you rotate the level while you have the camera not centered on your character, the background also can shift away from center. This causes this dark layer to scroll in a bit. It was able to be fixed by making rotations with the background seemingly pushed closer to "normal" spots. For example, if the background is dark on the you left, move you camera to the left and you'll see the light background begin to overtake some of it. Rotate in this position and the background does get sorted a bit. Doing this a couple more times helped completely fix it.
