Power Stone 2: ~Pete~ Adventure Mode Level 8
For those who don't know, Power Stone was a full 3D fighting game exclusive to the SEGA Dreamcast, and to be honest one of my favorites. The sequel, Power Stone 2, removed much of the finer and skillful mechanics of the first game and made it into more of a party game, what with an entire book of items to use, more characters, and the introduction of moving stages.
It's hard to appreciate as a fighting game, but imo it's a top notch party game. That being said the 1 player adventure mode can be tough at the highest level (8), what with the game's cheap A.I. and damage outputs there.

Pete is an awkward kid, but is probably the most original/best of the new characters in PS2. While weak physically and defensively, his strength comes not only from his FOUR Power Fusions, but his small size and speed.
His Fusions change depending on if you're grounded or aerial, and all of them are useful except Propeller Dream imo (the aerial version of Toy Parade). Electric Shield, which is easy to spot by name, is probably the most useful in all situations. It's nearly instant, does good damage and lets you move while using it. The aerial version Electric Pillar is also very nice, as it juggles enemies so they can't wall-escape.
As for Toy Parade, it's his strongest if the enemy doesn't wall escape from it. It has a nice range and provides frontal protection, though its startup does call for planning. As for Properller Dream, I never really used it much as the planes are hard to aim, IMO, but the computer seems to love killing me with it. Meh.
As for the final boss, the only way to really bring the pain is Toy Parade, but in order to do maximum damage you have to be standing on his hand to do it. Talk about frustrating.
