Pre-Engineered PHASING Multicannons in a HIGH CZ | Raw Footage | Elite Dangerous: Odyssey
So, the Wandrama Rapid Fire Phasing Multicannons are a thing now. I slapped two of these on my Courier's nacelles and a regular Short Range Blaster | Corrosive Multicannon in the nose for some fun after getting them transferred from Wandrama. Initial Haz Res tests showed promise, so I brought them to a High CZ to support an Anarchy faction in a nearby system.
They didn't disappoint :D

Multicannon Courier Build used in this video (not recommended):

Optimized Courier Build:

Apologies for that mess for those of you following the updates here in the Description - INARA didn't export my Courier's loadout properly and I mistuned the shield's resistances in my excitement to test the Multicannons. I ended up rebuilding it in EDSY as it has their correct stats.
The optimized build retains my preferred Thermal Resistant Bi-Weave and swaps the Short Range Blaster | Corrosive Shell Multi in the nose with a Lightweight | Corrosive one for additional weight savings. In addition, I had a Double Engineered 3A FSD equipped which weighed 6.5 tons; I removed that and installed a 3D Increased Range | Lightweight FSD instead, bringing the weight down to 2.3 tons.
With these changes, the Courier is much tankier (especially when Railguns enter the equation) and can hit a top speed of around 760 m/s. There's definitely room for customization now, but this should be a good launching point for your own ideas - enjoy!

Roleplay video is about 85% done. Just need to cut some footage, add music and a few SFX here and there :D
