What's the hardest scenario? Well, these settings within Project Zomboid make the game utterly impossible, I wouldn't suggest it.

BUT

I would highly suggest any other scenario within PZ, absolutely an amazing deep and highly customizable experience! Plus, only 15$ on steam to boot.

AND as you saw, its relatively low spec PC Friendly (I'm using a slightly upgraded Alienware Alpha R1).
