Proto-Tech Raiders Ep 21 | Salvaging with a Junk Collector & A Close Call
🚀 Welcome to Episode 21 of Proto-Tech Raiders! 🛠️ After some real-life distractions (and accidentally delaying this episode—oops!), we’re finally back in Space Engineers and ready to make up for lost time!
First, we head back to the space junk base where we previously scored those highly efficient Prototech jump drives, cleaning up any remaining salvage. But manual cleanup takes too long, so we build a purpose-made Junk Collector ship—packed with multiple Build & Repair systems to quickly dismantle liberated bases and haul back valuable parts. ♻️
With our new salvage ship ready, we set out to investigate a few new signals, leading to a near-disaster encounter with a hostile Listening Post. After surviving the attack, we stumble upon another Factorum junkyard, where we salvage even more high-energy batteries and another Prototech jump drive, further boosting our jump range! 🔋⚡
