[PS1] London Seirei Tanteidan - classic RPG set in Victorian London
352London Seirei Tanteidan is a traditional Japanese RPG for the PS1 published by Bandai in 1999. The time and place is London circa the rule of Queen Victoria. You play as a young boy turned detective who has to solve multiple cases throughout the game's twenty chapters gradually revealing the bigger mystery.
London Seirei Tandeidan's portrayal of London is one of the most impressive settings to ever appear in a role-playing game: expansive, densely populated, with plenty of lanes, alleys and corner shops, brought to life with lush colors and intricately detailed interiors and exteriors.
