0:00 Starting Up
There's not much explanation about what the place we're in is for. We just know we already did some JRPG stuff and we're at lv 99 with high-end gear. Talk to everyone in the room and break every pot for money.
There are two dungeons, the Alpha and Omega dungeon. Despite my initial assumptions, the Omega dungeon is actually the real starter dungeon, not Alpha.

15:10 Α Miniboss I: Pyramid Golem
I shouldn't have fought this thing yet, since it's actually stronger than the enemies of the Ω dungeon. Celsia's ultimate will deal massive damage to it, but it can also do a scripted mass stagger skill when its HP is lowered enough. Fortunately, the reward is pretty sweet and made the Ω dungeon much easier.
Afterwards, I got destroyed by the second A miniboss, so I went to the Omega dungeon instead.

Even with minions, its way weaker than the golem!
26:05 Ω Puzzle I & Souls
The NPC here will give you a quest to collect souls, which means fighting weak mobs of soul monsters scattered throughout both dungeons. As for the nearby key rooms, you can't take the keys until you kill enough minibosses, but you should still loot the rooms and keep track of NPCs.

The skinny guy is actually the stronger one.

The frozen twig is needed to get to the orange button, granting access to the purple lever.

Afterwards, grab the 3rd key and unlock the boss room.

This thing is seriously an evil god? It looks like a standard living armor monster.
1:22:23 New Features
At the central hall, you can use the herbs you found to upgrade your tea item. You can also start buying accessories.
If you pulled the second purple lever, you can fight the second secret boss.
1:28:44 Ω Secret Boss II: The Jester
I fought this thing out of order, which means I was probably expected to do some of the A dungeon first.
It enrages pretty early, but you should have an accessory that regens EP when the boss is enraged. I put it on Ariel for healing purposes.
