"An update to Q4OS 4 Gemini LTS has been released. The new 4.8 series receives the recent Debian Bullseye 11.3 update, updated Debian stable kernel and important security and bug fixes. This update brings along significant Q4OS specific improvements, fixes and a cumulative upgrade covering all the changes from the previous stable Gemini release. Among other improvements, localization and languages support API library for the Desktop profiler as well as for other Q4OS tools has been rewritten and vastly improved, Setup tool gets polished and installation process has been more secured."

Q4OS 4.8 'Gemini': Q4OS is a Debian-based Linux distribution designed to provide a Trinity Desktop Environment to the Windows user considering changing operating system.
The distribution has simple accessories and provides stable APIs for complex third-party applications such as Google Chrome, VirtualBox and various development tools. Note that the distribution is based on Debian GNU / Linux 11.3 “BullseyeWhich means that the system is very reliable.
The new Q4OS operating system 4.8, based on Debian GNU / Linux Bullseye 11.3and comes with Trinity R14.0.11 desktop environment and Plasma 5.20. Runs with Linux kernel 5.10
Own encoders and drivers On the welcome screen you will find the option to install “Multimedia Codecs” and drivers. No difficulty, just click the button and a guide appears. With a few clicks on "Next" you will see the "Install" option to install your codecs and drivers.
