This is a cover I made of "Quad Machine" from Quake 2. This is the first cover I've done using MusicLab's RealEight. The video shows the rhythm guitar being played. The audio and video were manually synced, so there may be a slight delay between the music and the on-screen notes.

RealEight is a sample-based virtual guitar. Bestservice.de states that it was sampled from a custom-made 8-string electric guitar. RealEight can be used for rhythm, lead, and bass.

RealEight features a highly customizable humanize option, which can make the guitar sound more like it's being played by a human instead of a robot.

Guitars, bass - RealEight
Drums - Addictive Drums 2, Superior Drummer 2
Synthesizer - Korg M1

Quad Machine was composed by Sonic Mayhem. Quake 2 was made by id Software.
