Big changes are happening in the VR world! Developers can no longer support Quest 1 in new store updates, while Quest 3 and Quest 3S saw a major increase in SteamVR usage. Meanwhile, Mark Rabkin, Meta's VP of VR & MR, is leaving the company, but Meta is still planning to launch several new wearable devices. In response to developer concerns, Meta has addressed VR sales issues. On the gaming side, Batman: Arkham Shadow has already hit over 1 million players! However, SideQuest is facing layoffs due to market shifts. Lastly, Apple and Sony are reportedly still working on PSVR2 Sense controllers for the Vision Pro.
