Quest Getting More Useful Features! Pico 4 Ultra Update, Vivo Vision & More!

First up, Meta is improving stationary boundaries in v72, making it easier to switch between seated and standing play without interruptions. Meanwhile, Navigator’s UI is expanding, with new panels being revealed—expect more customization and controls soon.
On the AI side, Meta is working on turning single images into 3D worlds with generative AI—imagine taking a picture and stepping inside it! They’re also experimenting with light estimation for virtual objects using the Camera API, which could make mixed reality elements blend even more naturally with real-world lighting.
The UK is now using VR headset prices to help estimate inflation, showing how far XR has come in the global market. Meanwhile, Vivo just dropped a headset that looks suspiciously like a Vision Pro clone, continuing the trend of Apple-inspired designs.
Over in hardware updates, the Pico 4 just got a major update, adding free window positioning and other UI improvements. And for Apple fans, WWDC 2025 is officially set for June 9th—expect some big announcements for visionOS 3 and beyond!
