Question my mods do not work after the new update

This is what I think is going based on what I had to do. I did not say it, but I also had to do this with the levels folder too. Copied from the previous .24 user folder to the new .25 migrate. I thought the game asked if you wanted to migrate your stuff automatically. I don't remember what I clicked, but I know I had to manually move some folders.
