Hello friends, i recently discovered Amberstar - a classic RPG that was developed and published by Thalion Software in 1992. I played the MS-DOS PC version of the game - and i was instantly excited by the great opl2 soundtrack! For the playback i chose a soundcard of the same era - the QuickShot Soundmachine. You might have noticed the Creative Labs ICs, and yes - it is a genuine Soundblaster 2.0. The FM-synthesizer is the well known Yamaha YM3812 OPL2.
I run the game on real hardware, no emulation. It is an Acer AcerMate 386SX/33N PC with 6mb of RAM, running MS-DOS 6.21.
