Skills:
W max first ALWAYS when you build crit, and Q max if you build lethality
Q max second or W depending on crit/lethality
E max third
You could also do E max second into matchups such as jax with ER, or any bruiser who builds that item because they get crazy CDs, and they only win the matchup if they can dash more than you can vault.
PTA: Tanks or Squishies for top, and also against Hyper carries for bot lane
Pros: High DPS, Best 1v9 keystone for quinn if your entire team falls behind
Cons: No sustain- So don't run it into a heavy poke match-up (you could run it into GP/Jayce, but if you do, run Doran's shield to make up for the lack of sustain, and make sure to play aggressive! Your All in is much stronger at all points in the game with PTA )
Fleet: Great against poke match-ups. This rune is a necessity for double mage botlanes, any heavy AP support, and also against Caitlyn. I forgot to include a clip of fleet in this video, but essentially it's very decent into poke matchups, where the healing from fleet + doran's shield will allow you to survive very difficult botlane matchups for you to scale up when lane phase is over.
Electrocute: Your preference. Good against squishies, but do NOT build crit if you run electrocute. If you build crit, then go PTA as a keystone B/C it synergizes better. Electrocute is better with lethality/assassin quinn. You could run this keystone into matchups like Jayce/GP, but it requires lethality + a play style alteration. Always do Q max first with Electrocute.
Predator: Good for lethality Quinn JG, or games that you want to roam a lot
Dark Harvest: Better for low-elo, and games where you want to 1v9 carry. Do not run this in high elo because you will not proc it much. Good builds for this is crit OR lethality (both decent for it)
Phase Rush: A must-take against Singed, Nasus, and Garen because of the 25-40% Movement speed, and also the 75% slow resistance. Take PR against any champ who has heavy slows
Grasp: A better fleet atm. I recommend to take this against healers (Vlad, Swain), and also a great keystone for kennen!
Aftershock: Take this against Irelia/Camille top ALWAYS. Make sure that you let Camile E first, tho, because her E cancels your vault AND the aftershock proc. Akali is also an option for aftershock because she is hard to DPS/Kite, and her burst is very high, so Aftershock could give you enough survivability to live through her burst.
Take Aftershock against Draven and Lucian botlane, or any hard-engage all in bot lanes. In Draven matchup, make sure to be careful with Vault usage because not only does Draven's E cancel your vault, but it also cancels aftershock from activating altogether.
Glacial: Take against ANY melee top who isn't a tank that isn't irelia/camille/Garen. This includes champs like Darius, Fiora, Jax, Yasuo, kled, etc. Any melee champ who is not a tank that is not Irelia/Camile/Garen is good with glacial, essentially. This is because their ONLY win condition is getting into melee range of you, and Glacial is the best keystone to keep distance from these champions. Irelia/Camile are way too powerful, and they have better ways of sticking onto you than other champs, so aftershock is better than glacial against them.
Garen has a slow resistance on his Q, so glacial is rendered useless against him.
I now run glacial into Aatrox, and you should too :-)
Klepto: An alternative into tank matchups. If you're in higher elo and you think you won't have much kill pressure into their team, run klepto and get a lot fo gold in the matchup to snowball other lanes.
BUILD FOR QUINN TOP WITH THESE KEYSTONES:
CORE:
1: Bork
2: Boots (zerks for tanks, tabis for heavy AD, mercs for AP/heavy CC comps)
3: Black Cleaver
4: Zeal item (PD if the enemy top laner is a threat in the 1v1, otherwise run shiv)
SITUATIONAL:
Stormrazor- if the enemy top has ways to get to you (ex. Riven built ER, Darius has ghost/PR, etc.) then run Stormrazor for the extra movespeed
ER- Great for 40% CDR, and also great into many duelists
GA- If they have a lot of burst/CC and you feel that you can't have a big impact in TFs
DD- Also good for burst/extra sustain, and amazing for 1v1s.
IE- If they have a heavy tank comp, run this as well. IE isn't a necessity anymore, though, so don't feel inclined to build it every game for quinn top
