The investigation into the death of a Red Arrows pilot killed when he was ejected from his cockpit on the runway is coming to an end.

More than 90 RAF personnel, trainers and expert witnesses have been interviewed about the death of Ft Lt Sean Cunningham.

In the second pre-inquest review held on Thursday, it was discussed who should give evidence at the inquest which is scheduled for January.
