Rainbow Sweat Siege (Animation)
Rainbow Six Siege has become a sweat-fest in casual matches... to the point where people rage over the name being changed to “Quick Play”. This accurate animation of the game shows the massive MMR difference between enemies (who seem to always be pro league) and friendlies (who seem to always be copper rank), and how people try to cope in modern day Siege.

Animator's note
This short cartoon took a while to make because of the action bits and also because of a lot of intertwining animation jobs that delayed progress on this. But it's finally finished! It truly shows the weird SBMM (skill based matchmaking) system in R6S and how the MMR seems to be so unbalanced in almost every game. Here's hoping this will improve in Year 7 or Year 8 of Siege.
The main idea for this short came from the fact that most Echo mains choose to anchor far away from the point and do absolutely nothing to help the team until the very last minute, where they either decide to sit there and give up, or sprit all the way back with their slow 3-armour operator body. Then I just written some other funny and stupid jokes and relatable things that happen in Rainbow Six Siege.
Also this is my first 4K animation, which turned out okay, but I can see some technical errors. I'm not sure fi that is coming from ToonBoom Harmony or Adobe Premiere Pro... probably Harmony though. I don't think I'll animate in 4K again for a while because of that, I want to make the highest quality content WITHOUT any bugs or glitches. I hope you all like the outcome anyway, another is on the way in the next couple of months!
