This video is a straight up rant about my frustration lately with T-mobile customer service and my considerably high amount of defective T-Mobile G2s. I have gone through 3 G2s since launch and just received my 4th unit. Minfd you all refurbished and utterly useless.

I have had issues with drop calls, not receiving text messages in time, missing messages and much more. Plus my battery life is 3hrs max.

T-mobile customer service (AT&T light) wont send me a different device but the same defective set of G2's that give me the same problem and add new ones each time.
