0So, as we re-enter the world of Ratchet and Clank, we get greeted with the ever familiar Arena challenges that have been in most of the games up to this point (Not sure about the rest of the Future series since I’ve yet to play them; was waiting to record them actually). Not really much to talk about for this episode since we have seen the Arena-style fights before and most of my thoughts on these remain the same. Still wish they would change the backgrounds every now and then so it doesn’t feel so repetitive like it does, the challenges aren’t really anything new (well, expect for the main “bosses” that we fight but, they change in every game so it doesn’t really count). I am rather surprised that they didn’t have any sort of racing in this game (which is an odd thing for me to want in a game considering how much I suck at them) but I feel like it would make the arena fights feel less repetitive if there were different kinds of challenges outside of just fighting (maybe some skill-based challenges or the death runs from the third game or, as I’ve said, racing).
