Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal: Part 2: A Beast Man in Florana
4Ratchet & Clank, after fending off their home planet of Veldin in the Solana Galaxy, were now assigned by the Galactic President to track down some kind of Tree Beast in the Jamboo Forest of Planet Florana.

Don't stay in the water of this area for too long. You could get eaten by a big fish.
Once again, as you travel to new planets and locations, the Gadgetron Vendor will make a reappearance, this time golden-yellow instead of blue, to sell you new weapons an ammo for the ones you have.
This game also has new powerups:
The Jackpot crate will double the amount of Bolts you get for a few seconds.
The Inferno crate will powerup Ratchet up, make him invincible, and give him dual flaming wrenches that deal more damage for a few seconds.
There are also trophies to collect throughout the game, featuring the series' different characters. These are often in hidden or hard-to-reach areas.

Ratchet & Clank's travels eventually leads them to a weird monkey... and THEN that so-called Tree Beast the president wanted them to look for.
The Tree Beast then forces them through the Path of Death! PATH! OF! DEATH!

The Path of Death is just an obstacle course full of hazards, traps, and enemies.
I kinda sucked at this. It's not at all a hard course. It's just that there's a Skill Point to win out of it if you can make it through WITHOUT taking a single hit. If that happens. You might as well die to start the whole course over.
Just jump to 15:00 to see me actually pull this off. The Skill Point is called "Stay squeaky clean".

Clearing the Path of Death, Ratchet demanded that the Tree Beast tell him the whereabouts of Dr. Nefarious, yet the Beast didn't know who the hell he was talking about.
It wasn't until his mask was removed that the Galactic Duo finally figured out who this huge guy was: Captain Qwark! (OF COURSE!)
After this weirdo Qwark smacks Ratchet away, the lombax gets pissed and prepares an attack on him that he's been waiting on for a very long time!

Qwark will throw a sharp boomerang at you. Just jump over it to dodge it. He may also summon his minions to fight you, too.
Either way, just keep shooting him until his health is all the way down.

Following the fight, it was very clear that Qwark has gone completely insane.
Taking his mask, Qwark now saw Ratchet as his new leader. This allowed Ratchet & Clank to bring him back to their ship.
They are now to deliver Qwark to the Starship Phoenix, owned by its captain: a new lombax lady named Sasha.
Ratchet IMMEDIATELY fell in love with her.
