In the first area of this level, you'll meet Tarayzan, who is pretty much Rayman cosplaying Tarzan. Help him get his clothes and he'll give you a Magic Seed. Planting this will create platforms. You'll need that, because the moment you plant the first seed, the water starts rising. Use the seed to keep climbing upward until you reach the sign, but watch out for enemies and smash any cages you come across, too.
The Magic Seed only lasts for that area. Once you move on, you'll lose that "power" and get your scary face back.

The second area has you doing a lot of plum-riding across water. There are some Electoon cages here that you can only make appear by doing this.
The third and last area should have the rest of the cages, as well as another Magician Bonus where you have to ride swinging plums in order to reach tings while also climbing upward.
For once, I get every Electoon in this level, and the map marks it by turning it into a giant smiling face. Moving on to the last of The Dream Forest's levels.
