Today, we still go south on Monarch. But this time, we're taking a detour to Fallbrook, that is run by SubLight. We chat with locals, completely legally enter the insurance office to read the claims, grab some datapads that seem to tell us more about the science weapons, and have a lovely talk with Catherine, the boss. We also happen to help out Max a bit. He meets a guy, familiar from the prison, and, judging by how it feels, almost shanks the poor fella. Thankfully, we remind him that it's not the part of the Plan or whatnot. Enjoy!
