The key management system I have seen lately bothered me and I could not sleep over it. It was a rather simple system without any complex functionality that could be replicated without much work. So I decided to create this proof of concept. Imagine each of these tags is attached to a key to a property. The employee of the estate agent uses his smartphone to scan the tag and can put the key away! The system will know who put it away (or signed it out) based on the username he/she is logged in. Simples!
