Reclaim Your Memories to Escape and Survive | Type-NOISE: Shonen Shojo DEMO
1Type-NOISE: Shonen Shojo is an "Escape Room" type of subgenre, similar to Zero Escape games, where the game is divided into two sections: an escape room-style section where you are trapped (usually in a room) and need to solve puzzles to be able to escape, and the traditional visual novel gameplay section.
Type-NOISE: Shonen Shojo revolves around a cast of six amnesiac high schoolers who are trapped in a simulation of Shibuya that they can only escape once they collect all of the "NOISE," or the memories of theirs that have been erased before they arrived here.
It looks like these characters, driven by their trauma, sacrificed their memories in return for starting a new life in this pseudo-Shibuya place. However, things turn for the worse when they discover that they could get killed if they tried to escape this place called Noise Scramble City, a place that has eerie similarities to places from their pasts as well as some visually disturbing objects littered about.
You play as these characters as you try to get everyone back home safely, but unless they remember everything about their past, the only future they have is certain death.
