After stealing the equipment and rescuing Marcel the Players Moonshine Shack is up and running. With the shack operational you can approach Maggie and accept Moonshiner missions from her. The first mission you will accept is called Blood is Thicker than Shine.

Lemuel was a moonshiner who worked with his aunt Maggie Fike who more or less ruled the moonshining business in Lemoyne. They were eventually caught by Reid Hixon, and Lem was captured and sent into custody.
